Easily the best of the franchise this outing became the example for all middle-child sequels to follow (meaning the second of three). I can't tell you how many times I've heard about the sequel to a big movie like Pirates of the Caribbean, Spider-Man, X-Men, etc. "It's darker than the first, like Empire Strikes Back"
The "I love you.", "I know" exchange is still one of my favorite romantic lines in cinema history.

We have the collector's edition box-set of the original three films. The "I love you," "I know" exchange was adlibbed (sp?) by Harrison Ford.
